MAXXIN

Pre-ruminating and ruminating calves:

- Treatment of respiratory infections caused by sensitive strains of Pasteurella multocida, Mannheimia (Pasteurella) haemolytica and Mycoplasma bovis, acute mastitis.

Pigs:

- Treatment of respiratory infections caused by sensitive strains of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, M.hyopneumoniae, Pasteu-rella multocida, M.M.A.

- The product should only be used based on susceptibiity testing.

- Cattle:

+ S.C. or I.M. injection. The dose is 2 mg/kg (equivalen to 1 ml/10 kg b.w) , daily, for 3-5 days. The first injection may also be given intravenously (I.V.)

- Pigs:

+ Treatment of respiratory diseases: I.M injection. The dosage is 2 mg/kg (1 ml/10 kg b.w), daily, for 3-5 days

- Pre-ruminating and ruminating calves: Meat and offal: 6 days

- Pigs: Meat and offal: 4 days.
