INDICATION
Tayzu is indicated for the treatment of many nematodes in cattle, sheep, goats, swine and poultry.
- In ruminants: abomasal nematodes, small intestinal nematodes, large intestinal nematodes, and lungworms: Haemonchus spp., Trichostrongylus spp., Osteragia spp., Cooperia spp., Nematodirus spp., Bunostomum spp., Oesophagostomum spp., Chabertia spp., and Dictyocaulus vivapurus. Levamisole is less effective against the immature (larval) forms of these parasitesrrested.
- In swine, levamisole is indicated for the treatment of Ascaris suum, Oesophagostomum spp., Strongyloides, Stephanurus, and Metastrongylus.
- In dogs: Dirofilaria immitis infection. It has also garnered much interest as an immunostimulant in the adjunctive therapy of various neoplasms.
- In poultry: large round worm (Ascaridia), caecal worm (Heterakis), and hair worm (Capillaria).
CONTRAINDICATIONS
- Lactating animals.
- It should be used cautiously for animals with severely debilitated, renal or hepatic impairment, stressed due to vaccination, dehorning or castration.

Oral administration via feed.
