Classical Swine Fever Vaccine (Rabbit-Adapted)


Live-attenuated swine fever vaccine adapted to rabbit strain C. Ensures reliable protection for pigs in classical swine fever control programs.

  • Each dose contains ≥ 100 PD of attenuated swine fever virus, rabbit adapted strain C
  • Adjuvant included

  • Recommended for prevention of classical swine fever in healthy pigs
  • Protection appears 2 weeks post-vaccination

  • Reconstitute with cooled accompanying diluent
  • Inject 2 ml intramuscularly in the neck behind the ear
  • Vaccination schedule:
    • Piglets: First dose from 30 days of age; second dose after 2 weeks
    • Gilts & sows: Vaccination before mating
    • Boars: Revaccination every 6 months
    • In epidemic areas: piglets without maternal antibodies should be vaccinated 4 times

Contra-indication

Sick pigs should not be vaccinated
